Sarah Sheldon is a self-taught Artist and Writer with degrees in Performing Arts and Psychology, and over 8 years experience as a group facilitator.

She is passionate about creativity and how it heals us. Working mainly in watercolour and ink, her vibrant and detailed art frequently features botanicals and moths.

She’s neurodivergent (AuDHD), lives in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia with her teenage daughter and two small-in-size big-in-personality dogs. Sarah can usually be found hyper-focusing on a new hobby, writing, painting or reading an unnatural amount.
