Processing your order

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders aim to be processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only as estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Australian Domestic Shipping

Everything is shipped through Australia Post. There is a flat rate of $12.00 with a tracking number supplied. Shipping times for same state are 2-4 business days and interstate 3-6 business days.

International Shipping

All parcels are sent as Standard International Shipping through Australia Post. Shipping times are as listed by Australia Post, but shipping times can be impacted by weather, busy periods and other unforeseen circumstances. Tracking number is supplied.

Lost or damaged goods

If there is any damage to the goods on delivery, contact me immediately via email or website with photos and we will discuss options and replace damaged goods if necessary.

If your package never arrives, please contact me via email or website to discuss options. If your package is lost, I will discuss options with you including refunds and replacing lost goods if it’s possible.

Returns and exchanges

Within 30 days you can ask for a refund or exchange for change of mind as long as the product is in saleable condition and original packaging. You are responsible for the costs of shipping.
